Black Chef Series: Malcolm Mitchell

Food Network Star finalist Chef Malcolm Mitchell prepared an outstanding dinner for Black Chef Series. This Series is dedicated to provide a platform for African-American Chefs to showcase their talent to a captive audience. Not only did the tasteful presentation of the dishes capture my undivided attention, one dish completely blew me away. Beet salad has always been something I avoided but Chef Malcolm paired the symphony of colors and multitude of flavors into a blissful summer presentation.
